Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours on average. Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday–Friday typically ship same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (US)
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping speed. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items
- For change-of-mind returns, a prepaid label is provided (cost deducted from refund)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return shipping required.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To swap a product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing and avoids inventory allocation issues.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: makeup, skincare products with broken seals, opened personal care items, and clearance/final sale items.
